How It Works
Book an Appointment: You can book an appointment right here on our website. Alternatively, you may call or text us at (732) 737-7533 to schedule a time for notarization and choose between in-person or Remote Online Notarization (RON).
Notarization Process:
Our notary contacts the signer to confirm the appointment time.
If document printing add-on is selected (applicable for in-person closings), our notary prints the appropriate real estate closing package.
During the signing, our notary verifies the signer's identity (via a government issued photo ID), witnesses their signatures, and applies the notary seal in-person or via RON.
Receive Your Document:
In-Person Closings
If document scanback add-on is selected, our notary scans the signed real estate closing package and shares with the appropriate authority.
The package is then dropped off at the shipping partner's facility for overnight processing.
Closings via RON (Remote Online Notarization)
The signed package gets delivered immediately upon completion of the appointment.
