FAQs

What do I need to complete a notarization?

Each named signer will need a valid government issued ID (e.g. Driver's License, State ID, Passport, etc.). IDs that do not have a photograph are not valid forms of ID for the purposes of performing notarization.

Note: Ensure the name on the document requiring notarization matches the name on the ID. e.g. if your ID contains only your first and last name but your document contains the middle name/initial - the ID verification will be incomplete and we cannot proceed with the notarization.

How much do you charge for the notarization?

Our prices vary based on the nature of the documents that require notarizations as well as the location of notarization. Please click here to submit a quote request

My ID has expired, can you still perform the notarization?

According to New Jersey's Notary Public manual, if the ID has expired no more than 3 years from the date when the notarization is performed, that ID is considered acceptable. If your ID has expired more than 3 years ago, please call us to determine alternate options.

Do you provide witnesses if my documents require them?

Yes, we do provide witnesses, if requested, for an additional  fee. The fee varies based on the day/time of the appointment and the witness' availability. If you would like us to provide you witness service, please call to confirm the  witness' availability.
